test, communication and language test. If required, we can also
arrange an interview with the client over the phone. Our developer
are all well educated holding at least bachelor degree. We put emphasis
on experience in our recruiting, so we have some outstanding staff
who have valuable experience not only in IT area but also in project.
Besides the company maintains employees in master, doctorate programs
and industry certification such as Jave/J2EE, Microsoft, Oracle,
linux and PMP. The company has internal technical training class
to improve the skills of staff and every year we have a plan for
employee outside training programs. We also have activities of different
ways to promote team unity.
